Resolution 1995-446 RESOLtTI'ION NO. 95- 446 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROVIOING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THE Jl BATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE 91-47. WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and WHEREAS, the cost thereof tc the C~unty as to etch parcel shall be calculated and r~ported to the BClrd of County Commiisioners, together with a descriptirn of said parce); and WHEREAS, su\:h assessment sha 11 be a legal, valii and binding obligation upon t.he property agajo:1st which made until paid; and WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and pa/able thirty (30) days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any unpaid portion thereof.
