Resolution 1995-440 AU6 - J 1995 RESOLUTION NO. 95-440 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE HISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD. WHEREI.S, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-37 creating the Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board provided that the Advisory Board shall cons)st of seven (7) members; and WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance No. 91-37 oy providing th."t the Advisory Boa rd shall consist of nine (9) m&mbers; and WHEREJ"S, the terms of two (2) members h lve expired creating vacancies on the Hispanic 1 ffairs Advisory Bo, rd; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties.
