RESOLUTION NO. 95 -436
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS III
STARPOINT LANE, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY,
AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT
ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASS JCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on 'ecember 14, 1993, approved the plat of Starpoint Lane
for recordinJ; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, draLnage, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved plans and speci ,'ications and as re {uired by the Land
Development Code (Collier COtnty Ordinance No. '1-102, as amended);
and the Uti11.ties Standards 'tnd Procedures Ordi lance (Collier
County Ordinlnce No. 88-76, IS amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer ',as now requested f na1 acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvem nts and release of
his maintenance security; and ~

WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of Development
Services Department has inspected the roadway, '~rainage, water and
sewer improvements and is recommending acceptan'e of said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R SOLVED BY THE BOARl" OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COU TY, FLORIDA, that ~inal acceptance be
granted tor those roadway, d ainage, water and ,:ewer improvements
in starpoint Lane, and autho ize the Clerk to release the
maintenance s~curity.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
future maintenance and other attendant costs fo: the roadway,
drainage, water and sewer improvements that are not required to be
maintained by the homeowners association.
, This Resolution adopted after motion, seco1.d and majority vote
favoring same.
