RESOLUTION NO. 95- 539
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE TENTATIVE BUDGETS FOR FY 1995-96
WHEREAS, Section 200.065, Florida Statutes, provides the procedure for fixing
the millage rates, and
WHEREAS, Sec,ion 129.03, Florida Statutes, sets forth the procedure for
preparation and adoption of the budget; and
WHEREAS, the Board of county Commissioners has received and examined the
tentative budget a for each of the county's funds; and
WHEREAS, th( Board of county commissioners has prepared a statement
summarizing all ,f the adopted tent\tive budgets which includes for each budget,
the proposed tax millages, the balar ':es, th'l reserves and ".he total of each major
classification of receipts and exper.~lituresl and
WHEREAS, th,. Board of county Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 95-434
approving the County's proposed millage rates and setti:.' g public hearings for
adoption of the final millage rates; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 200.065, Florida statutes, an advertised public
hearing was held on september 6, 1995, at 5:05 p.m. and Resolution No. 95-489 was
adopted by the Board of county Commissioners adopting the tentative millage rates
and Resolution 95-490 was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners adopting
the tentative budgets for FY 1995-91 , and
WHEREAS, a second advertised pu lie hearing was held (;~ September 20, 1995 at
5:05 p.m. to finalize the FY 1995)6 Budget and to ado~t the millage rates in
accordance with S(!ction 120.03(3) (c and 200.065(2) (d), Florida statutes.
NOW, THERnFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
The amendments as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached 'lereto and incorporated
herein, are hereby adopted and amend the adopted Tentative Budgets for FY 1995-96,
pursuant to Sections 129.03 and 200 1)65, Florida Statutes.
