RESOLUTION NO. 95-515
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
THE VERANDAS AT TIGER ISLAND UNIT ONE, RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
S~WER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on October 24, 1992 approved the plat of The Verandas at
Tiger Islard Unit One for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approv(,d plans and specifications and as required by the Land
Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Ut:lities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier
County Ord3nance No. 88-76, as amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has n~w requested final acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, wat(r and sewer improvenents and release of
his maintenance security; end
WHERE"S, the Complianc. e Services Section )f Development
Services Department has inf~ected the roadway, drainage, water and
sewer improvements and is l,!commending accepta :lce of said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be
granted for those roadway, drainage, water ant' sewer improvements
in The Verandas at Tiger Island Unit One, and ,!uthorize the Clerk
to release the maintenance ;ecurity.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEr AND ORDERED that Ule County accept the
future maintenance and oth, ~ attendant costs for the roadway,
drainage, w~ter and sewer : nprovements that are not required to be
maintained by the homeowne13 association.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote
favoring same.
