'i~ Collier County impact fees; a~ I WHEREAS, Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, In:. is seeking a J,( " 'f .~ jt :1. ;1 '\ _i~{ ;J, I'll \:1: f" ,;;1II '1-. waiver of impate fees; and WHEREAS, Inmokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. will construct one (1) three-bedroom unit (the "Dwelling Unit") on Lot 9, Highlands Habitat Subdivision, Immokalee which is proposed to sell for Forty-six Thousand Five Hundred Dolla]:; ($46,500.00); and WHEREAS, he Dwelling Un~, t will be purchasei by a very low income household which is re{uired to invest a ,linimum of five . .."" nrn I",-r Ii OR hundred (500) hours of "Sweat Equity" before it obtains title to .',^ \~ ;~ ":t- ...;~ the house; and WHEREAS, Mr. Charles C. smith, Vice President of Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc., submitted to the Office of Housing and Urban Improvement an Affordable Housing Application dated August 23, 1995 for a waiver of impact fees for the construction of a house on Lot 9, Highlands Habitat Subdivision, Immokalee, a copy of said application is on file in the Housing and Urban .,~--;;' ~,~} :l . ~, ., Ii '.~l '.~ :;~ ..~~I .,..-iiI '~ ""jt .~" ;"~ ~ FJ/; $i '~~: ~ {I' :1 .~ ~t If .f,.'~~' '.t _i ~ t. ,1 ).~ ;"4/. -;-t~: I ~l"'" :~ :i <:t J~ ,~ ,!~ :k ::~ I ~ Improvement De~)artment; and WHEREAS, in accordance ',ith Section 3.04 of the Library System Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 88- /7, as amended; Section 4.05 (~ the Parks and Recreational Facil, ties Impact Fee ordinance, Ordinance No. 88-9b, as amended; Section 3.04 of the Road Impact Fee Ordinance, 0rdinance No. 92-~2, as amended; Section 3.05 of the Emergency Medical Services System Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 91-71, as amended; and Section 3.05 of the Educational Facilities Sys~em Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 92-33, as amended; an appl,cant may obtain a .raiver of impact fees by qualifying for a waive,; and WHEREAS, Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. has qualified for an impact fee waiver based upon the following representations made by Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc.: A. The Dwelling Unit shall be sold to a first-time home bUYE!r, B.
