RELATING TO PETITION NO. CU-94-5 FOR
EXTENSION OF CONDITIONAL USE OF PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA
WHEREAS, thtt Legislature ot the State of Florida in Chapter 125,
Florida Statutes, has conferred on all Counties in Florida the power to
establish, coordinate and entorce zoning and such business regulations
as are necessary for the protection of the publici and
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land
Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which establishes comprehensive
zoning regulatio%.s tor the zoning of particular divisions of the
County, among wh ch is the grant., ng and extending tl e time periOd ot
Conditional Uses. and
WHEREAS, on July 26, 1994, j he Board ot Zoning Appeals enacted
Resolution No. 94-534, which graTted a conditional, se pursuant to
Ordinance No. 91--102, for an expbnsion ot an existi~9 church, on the
below described propertYi and
WHEREAS, Subsection 2.7.4.5 ot the Land Develol !';l\ent Code provides
that the Board of Zoning Appeals nay extend the one (1) year time
periOd for a conditional use whic '1 has not been conu..r!nced;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVi ), by the Board of Zoning Appeals of
Collier County, F10rida that:
The written request of Doctor Neno J. Spagna of Florida Urban
Institute, Inc. representing Bethel A.H.E. Church of Naples, Inc. for
the first of three (3) permitted :me (1) yoar extensLons, in interest
