RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 430
RESOLUTION PROVIDING ADDITIOnS TO THE 1994
MANDATORY SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
SERVICES SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL PURSUANT
TO COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 90-30, AS
AMENDED.
WHEREAS, the Board ot County commissioner~ ot Collier County,
Florida, adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30 on April 10,
1990, and such Ordinance is reterred to as the "Collier County
Mandatory Solid Waste Collection and Disposal S..rvices Ordinance":
and
WHEREAS, the Board ot C:unty ~ommissioners adopted Ordinance
No. 91-36 on May 14, 1991, o "dinance No. 93-47 I.n July 27, 1993,
and Ordinancn No. 93-60 on A..Jqust 24, 1993, ame"lding Ordinance No.
90-30; and
WHEREAS, Section Fitteen of said ordinance, as amended,
provides that when it shall appear that the sp~cial assessment
might have been imposed und..~ this Ordinance a~ainst any
residential unit, but such, 'lit was omitted trc.li' the appropriate
special assesSlIlent roll, th', Board may, by Resc'lution, impose the
applicable sj'4cial assess.el t for the service year in which such
error is discovered and also tor the prior two service years; and
WHEREAS, Staff have identitied residentia. units that were
omitted from the 1994 mandat.ory solid waste co\lection and
disposal ser'ices special a sessment roll; and
WHEREAS, a Certificate of correcticn for!4ch of those
residential units that are .:ubject to addition to the Special
Assessment Roll for the 1994 Service year purs'lant to Collier
County Ordirl~nce No. 90-30, as amended, has be'om filed in the
office of ~e Clerk; and
WHEREAS, there are attached hereto and in~orporated herein as
"Attachment Number 1", a li:Jt identifying thOSl! residential units
thereon added to the special assessment roll.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT P.ESOLVED BY THE BOAJlD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONl tS OF COLLIER CcUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:

1. The Chairman is authorized to execute the certiticates of
Correction tor each of the residential units identified on
Attachment Number 1 and such residential units are hereby added to
the Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Servi~es Special
AssesS1Ient R'i:)ll for the 1994 Service Year pursuant to Ordinance
No. 90-30, 81 amended, and that these units shall immediately be
billed by th 1 Collier County Solid Waste Depart:lIent for the 1994
Service Year.

record.
