RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 429
RESOLUTION PROVIDING ADDITIONS TO THE 1995
MANDATORY SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
SERVICES SPECIAL ASSESSMEN'l' ROLL PURSUANT
TO COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 90-30, AS
AMENDED.
WHEREAE, the Board ot County COmmissioner. ot Collier County,
Plorida, adc,pted Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30 on April 10,
1990, and svch Ordinance is referred to as the "Collier County
Mandatory S(llid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Ordinance";
and
WHEREM." the Board ot C',:)unty Commissioner" adopted Ordinance
No. 91-36 Ola May 14, 1991, (lrdinance No. 93-47 on July 27, 1993,
and Ordinan(.e No. 93-60 on } ugust 24, 1993, am. nding Ordinance No.
90-30; and
WHEREAS, section Pifteen of said ordinance, as amended,
provides that when it shall appear that the special assessment
might have been imposed under this Ordinance a~ainst any
residential unit, but such \ ,tit was omitted fr,,',. the appropriate
special assessment roll, th, Board may, by Rese,tution, impose the
applicable sIiecial assesamer : for the service year in which such
error is discovered and also for the prior two service years; and
WHEREAS, statt have identified residentia: units that were
omitted from the 1995 mandatory solid waste collection and
disposal services special al lessment roll; and
WHEREAS I a Certificate )f Correction for tlch of those
residential units that are E, wject to addition ~o the Special
Assessment Roll tor the 1995 Service year pursu:lnt to Collier
County Ordint nce No. 90-30, as amended, has bee.', filed in the
office ot thE Clerk; and
WHEREAS, there are atta..:hed hereto and incorporated herein as
"Attachment Number 1" I a lisr.: identifying those residential units
thereon added to the special assessment roll.
NOW THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OP COUNTY
COMMISSIONER! OF COLLIER COU'.STY, FLORIDA THAT:

1. The Chairman is authorized to execute the certificates of
Correction for each ot the residential units identified on
Attachment Number 1 and such residential units are hereby added to
the Solid Waste COllection and Disposal Services Special
Assessment ~oll tor the 1994 Service Year pursuant to Ordinance
No. 90-30, ~s amended, and that these units shall immediately be
billed by t,le Collier County Solid Waste Department for the 1994
Service Yea I:' .
2. Tb \ Clerk is hereb'/ ordered and direc~ed to spread this
Resolution in tull among thl minutes of this m seting for permanent
record.
