WHEREAS, the Owelling Unit will be owned by a very low income household, and WHEREAS, Mr. Charles C. System Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 92-33, as amendeu; an applicant may obtain a w,'iver of impact fees by qualifying for a waiver; and WHEREAS, Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. has qualified for an impact fee waiver based upon the foll(,ling representations made by Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc.: A. The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the County Manager to issue an Authorization for waiver of impact tees to Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. tor one (1) house which shall be constructed on Lot 4, Block 13, Naples Manor Extensicn, Naples, Collier :ounty, Florida. 2. Upon receipt t, the Housing 8n< Urban Improvement Director of an original purchase contract signed by Immokalee Habitpt for Humanity, Inc'. and the Purchaser, or other docu~ent8tion acceptakle to the County Attorney, the Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the payment by Collier County of the ~ollowing impac' fees from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Fund (191 , in the followin~ amounts for the one (1) house to be built on Lot 4, Block 13, Naples Manor ::xtension, Nap~l!s, Florida by Immokalee Habitat tor Humanity, Inc. The payment of impact tees by Collier County is subject to the execution and recordation of an Affordable Housing Agreement for payment of Collier County Impact Pees between the property owner and/or purchaser and the County.
