Resolution 1995-418 RESOLUTION NO. 95- 418 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF REGIONAL WATER SYSTEM IMPACT FEES, REGIONAL SEWER SYSTEM IMPACT FEES, LIBRARY SYSTEM IMPACT FEES, PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IMPACT FEES, ROAD IMPACT FEES, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES SYSTEM IMPACT FEES AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES SYSTEM IMPACT FEES FOR ONE HOUSE TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY IMMOKALEE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. WHEREAS, the Dwelling' Unit will be owned by a very low income household, and WHEREAS, Mr. Charles C. Smith, Executive Vice President of Immokalee Habitat tor Humanity, Inc., submitted to the County Manager's Office an Affordable Housing Application dated May 26, 1995 for a waiver of impact fees for the construction of a house on Lot 36, Block 5, Naples Manor Extension, Naples, Florida, a copy of s.,dd application is on file in the Housing and Urban Improvement Department; and WHERE,\S, in accordance with Section 3.04 of the Regional Water Sys~em Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 90-86, as amended; f,ection 3.04 ot the Regional Sewel System Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. ~0-87, as amended; 3ection 3.04 ot the Library S~. stem Impact Fe, J Ordinance, Ordin Inca No. 88-97, as . amended; eection 4.05 ot1 the Parks and Rec:r eational Facilities Impact Fee ordinance, orAiriance No. 88-96, as amended; Section ~ i 3.04 of the Road Impact Fe. Ordinance, Ordinance No. 92-22, as amended; Section 3.05 of the Emergency Medi'.:al Services System Impact Fee ordinance, Orjinance No. 91-71. as amended; and Section 3.05 of the Edu(ltional Facilities System Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 92-33, as amended; an applicant may obtain 8 waiver of impact tees by qualifying for a waiver; and WHEREAS, Immokalee Habitat for Humanity Inc. has qualified for an impact fee waiver based upon the foll~ling representations made by Immokalee Habitat or Humanity, Inc.: A. TI'le Dwelling Un; : shall be owned t.f a first-time home buyer. B. The Dwelling Unit shall remain affordable for fifteen (15) years trom the date the certificate of occupancy is issued. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONeRS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the ~ounty Manager to issue an Authorization for waiver ot impact fees to Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. for me (1) house which shall be constructed on Lot 36, 'Hock 5, Naples Manor Extensior, Naples, Collier ~ounty, Florida. 2.
