Florida Statutes and Chapter 91-37, Florida Ad:Jinistrative COtLe; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Collier County ordinance No. 93-19, the County is authorized to use fUr. :ling from the State Housing Initiatives Partlership [SHIP] Pro:/ram for waivers of Collier CO'Jnty impact feE 0; and WHEREAS, Immokalee 'lbitat for Humanit., Inc. is seeking a waiver of impact fees; anj WHERFAS, Immokalee Habitat for Humanity. Inc. will construct one (1) t'ree-bedroom unit (the "Dwelling UI;it") on Lot 8, Block 5, Naples Manor Extension, Naples, Florida which is proposed to sell for Forty Six Thousand Five Hundred r'ollars ($46,500.00); and ~ OOO~~.r2!i1 j\.'.;.'.~i. I; ~. ~,I '.~~ ,,~ . .~ i J 1 ..~ 'J ~. , , WHEREAS, the Dwelling Unit will be owned by a very low income household, and WHEREAS, Mr. Charles c. smith, Executive Vice President of Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, 'Inc., submitted to the County Manager's Office an Affordable Housing Application dated May 26, 1995 for a waiver of impact fees for the construction of a house on Lot 8, Block 5, Naples Manor Extension, Naples, Florida, a copy of s'-lid application is on file in the Housing and Urban Improvement Department; and WHERE'IS, in accordance with Section 3.04 of the Regional Water Syst.em Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinailce No. 90-86, as amended; !.lction 3.04 of the Regional Sewer System Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. ~ 0-87, as amended; ;ection 3.04 of the Library Srstem Impact Fel. Ordinance, Ordin Ince No. 88-97, as amended; Sl!ction 4.05 of the Parks and Rect' !ational Facilities Impact FeEl Ordinance, Ordinance No. 88-96, "tS amended; Section 3.04 of the Road Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 92-22, as amended; Section 3.05 of the Emergency Medj ~:al Services System Impact Fee Ordinance, 011inance No. 91-71. as amended; and Section 3.05 of the EdU( ltional 'Facilities System Impact Fee Ordinance, ordinance No. 92-33, as amended; an applicant may obtain a w6iver of impact ~ees by qualifying for a waiver; and WHEREAS, Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. has qualified for an impact fee waiver based upon the follo'~ing representations made by Immokalee Habitat .'or Humanity, Inc.: A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER CoUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1.
