Resolution 1995-413 RESOLUTION NO. 95- 413 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUN'l'Y, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF REGIONAL WATER SYSTEM IMPACT FEES, REGIONAL SEWER SYSTEM IMPACT FEES, LIBRARY SYSTEM IMPACT FEES, PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IMPACT FEES, ROAD IMPACT FEES, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES SYSTEM IMPACT FEES AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES SYSTEM IMPACT FEES FOR ONE HOUSE TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY IMMOKALEE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. ON LOT 10, BLOCK 2, NAPLES MANOR EXTENSION, NAPLES, Fl',oRIDA. Smith, Executive Vice President of I1II1Ilokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc., submitted to the County Manager's Oft ice an Affordable Housing Application dated May 26, 1995 for a waiver of impact fees for the construction of a house on Lot 10, Block 2, Naples Manor Extension, Naples, Florida, a copy ot s.lid application is on file in the Housing and Urban Improvement Department; and WHERl'S, in accordance with Section J. 04 of the Regional Water Sys':em Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 90-86, as amended; . ection 3.04 of the Regional Sewer System Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 0-87, as amended; Section 3.04 of the Library S ,'stem Impact Fe) Ordinance, Ordir mce No. 88-97, as amended; [iection 4.05 ot the Parks and Rec:' eational Facilities Impact Fe. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the :ounty Manager to issue an Authori~ation for waiver of impact tees to Immokalee Habitat for Humanity, Inc. tor one (1) house which shall be constructed on Lot 10, Block 2, Naples Manor Extension, Naples, Collier County, Florida. 2.
