A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OP COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OP LIEU, FOR THE COST OF
,THE I.BATEMENT OP PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
.' WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, inClUding prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and.,
WHEREAS, th( cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and rt'ported to the Board of County Commiesioners, together
with a descriptic,n of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, sue h assessDlent sha 11 be a leg-al, valif! and binding
