RESOLUTION NO. 95.. 407
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT 0' LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDIHARCB 91..47.
WHEREAS, as provided in ordinance 91..47, the dir~ct costs of
abatement of certa~n nuisances, including prescribed ~dministrative
<,cost incurred by the COUnty, shall be assessed against' such property;
and
WHEREAS, the "ost thereof to the COUnty as to each parcel shall be
:calculated and rep/rted to the Board of County Commissioners, together
;with a description of said parcel; and
, WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal/valid and binding

WHEREAS, the ~ssessment shall become due and paYlble thirty (30)
