RESOLUTION NO. 95- 402
A RESOfJUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAs, as ',rovided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of cert~in nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by ':he County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAs, the cost thereof to the County as to eClch parcel shall be
calculated and re~orted to the Board of County Commis&ioners, together
with a descriptio 1 of said parcel and
WHEREAS, sucll assessment sha .1 be a legal, vali, I and binding
obligation upon t,e property agai 1st which made unti paid; and
WHEREAS, thf assessment shal;. become due and pa"able thirty (30)
days after th~ mailing of Notice ,'f Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve ~ercent (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the p":'operty described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisa,"'.ce after due and
proper notice ther~of to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed

to the owner or owaers of the abc,e described prOPer.y, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessmen within thirty (30; days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Plorida, to constitute a
lien against such prOPerty according to law, unless tuch direction is
stayed by this Boa~d upon appeal of the assessment of the owner.
