A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING POR ASSESSMEN'l' OP LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMEHT OP PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDIKANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, th~ cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Bc,ard of County Commj ssioners, together
with a descriptic./n of 8aid parce); and
WHEREAS, surh assessment 8m 11 be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon \ he property aga; n8t which made unti 1 paid; and
WHEREAS, the aS8e8S111ent sha] 1 become due and pl, yable thirty (30)
days after the ~~iling of Notice ,f Assessment aftel which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0\) pel annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY', FLORIDA, that the l!roperty described
