RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
PEBBLE SHORES, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY,
AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT
ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS" the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on Hovember 24, 1992, approved the plat of Pebble Shores
for recordint,; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, dra nage, vater and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved plans and specifications and as required by the Land
Development I,:OOe (Collier County ordinance No. !12-73, as amended);
and the utiL.ties Standards and Procedures ordir,ance (Collier
County Ordinnce No. 88-76, l'\S amended), and

NOW, THEREYORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that ~inal acceptance be

in Pebble Sho::-es, and authorize the Clerk to reLease the
maintenance security.
