A RESOLUTION BY THE COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO ENTER INTO
AN URBAN COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT MEMORANDUM
OF AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA,
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER
SE~vICES, DIVISION OF FORESTRY.

WHEREAS, trees are an important part of our community; and
WHEREAS, Collier County wants to beautify the local
unincorporateJ community of Marco Island, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Collier County wishes to enter into an Urban and
community FOlastry Grant Memorandum of Agreement:. between Collier
County, Flor da and the Flo t"ida Department of Agriculture and
