RESOLUTION NO. 95-~
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIENS
FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE PAID IN FULL THE
1992 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as
aaended, the Board of county Commissioners on September 19, 1994
adopted Resolution No. 94-668 authorizing the recording
of liens for the delinquent solid waste collecticn and disposal
services special assessments for 1992; and
WHEREAS, Collier County C'.:-dinance No. 90-30, as amended,
requires the I,oard to approve by Resolution and J: Icord in the
Official Records a Satisfactic n of Lien on all ac:::ounts that have
been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNT~, FLORIDA, that p\ ~suant to Collier
County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Boare recognizes full
payment and receipt of the 19112 Service Year SoH.1 Waste
Collection and Disposal Speci:.l Assessment for th~ following
accounts numbered below, subsl ;lUent to the adoption ot Resolution
Ho. 94-668, whureupon a lien had been recorded on real property
pertaining to the accounts identified herein. ~.. Satistaction.
ot Lien attached hereto referencing the accounts ldentitied herein
are hereby approved and the C !irman is hereby althorized to sign
on behalf of the Board of Cou ty Commissioners, . nd the Clerk i.
