RESOLUTION NO. 95-~
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIENS
FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE PAID IN FULL THE
1991 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County OrdinanclJ No. 90-30, as
amended, the B.,ard of County Commissioners on January 26, 1993
adopted Resolucion No. 93-29 authorizing the recording of notices
of liens for t.le delinquent solid waste collection and disposal
services specill assessments for 1991; and
WHEREAS, 1esolution No. 91-29 was recorded 01 February 1,
1993 in Official Record Book 1'193, Pages 459 thro 19h 598 of the
Official ReCOl Js of Collier Ccmty, Florida, whiclt placed a lien
on certain properties for the delinquent solid wa:;te collection
and disposal uervices special ussessments for 1991; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended,
requires the Board to approve by Resolution and 1 Icord in the
Official Records a Satisfacti(n of Lien on all ac:ounts that have
been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE;,.)LVED BY THE BOARD I;)F COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS CF COLLIER CO~ i, FLORIDA, that pursuant to Collier
County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board recognizes full
payment and receipt of the 1991 Service Year Sol.t.1 Waste
Collection and Disposal Speci~l Assessment for tJ.. following
accounts numbe1ed below, subs ~ucnt to the adopt:~n of ReSOlution
No. 93-29, whel:eupon a lien h,:! been recorded on real property
pertaining to the accounts idtntified herein. Th~ SatiSfactions
of Lien attached hereto referencing the accounts identified herein
are hereby appl'oved and the Chairman is hereby at thorized to sign
on behalf of t Ie Board of Cou"ty Commissioners, and the Clerk is
directed to record this ReSOlution and these SatiSfactions of Lien
