RESOL{~ION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADW}.Y, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
MAPLEWOOD UNIT ONE, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE
SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPOllSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTJ'INED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION..
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on Ma1ch 22, 1994, approved the plat of Map1ewood Unit One
for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements ir accordance with
the approved p:ans and specifications and as required by the Land
Development Code (Collier Count', Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinaree (Collier
County Ordinan('e llo. 88-76, as !lmended), and
WHEREAS, ~he developer ha, now requested final acceptance of
the roadway, dl"ainage, water ard sewer improvementJ and release of
his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of Development
Services Department has inspected the roadway, dr~inage, water and
sewer improvements and is recommending acceptance )f said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESC LVED BY THE BOARD Of' COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTj', FLORIDA, that firl..tl acceptance be
qranted for those roadway, dra:1age, water and se'Jclr improvements
in Map1ewood Unit One, and aut.'o,)rize the Clerk to ::e1ease the
aaintenance security.
BE IT FURTl'.ER RESOLVED ANi ORDERED that the County accept the
future maint!3narlce and other attendant costs for the roadway,
drainage, water and sewer improvements that are not required to be
aaintained by the homeowners association.
This Resolution adopted atter motion, second :lnd majority vote
favoring sama.
