RESOLUTION NO. 95~
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF TRACT C AT
WINDSTAR REPLAT A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY
RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS WINDSTAR
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners ot Collier County,
Florida, on Dec'tmber 17, 1985, approved the plat ot Windstar for
recording; and
WHEREAS, WS Realty Inc. is replatting Tract C of Windstar and
has filed for a replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, this replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect
the dedications contained in the previous plat ot these lands unless
said dedicatioJ. are formall~ vacated simultan'llously with the
acceptance ot this replati and
WHEREAS, this parcel, :;he approved plat of Tract C at
Windstar Replat, is a part of a previously apprc: ved and recorded
plat, Windstar and the tiling "nd recording of tl';is approved plat
shall not afte':t access to 1 ',ts previously cOl,veyed under the
Windstar plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ':hat the plat of
Tract C at IHndRtar Replat, a part of a previo\ sly approved and
recorded plat, Windstar, is he: eby approved for ~ecording and the
dedications contained on the pl~t of Tract C at Wiadstar Replat are
r:. hereby accepted.
BE IT FUJ!:'1"HER RESOLVED \NO ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court sl"jal1 make prope:' notation of this action upon the
previous plat alld record this replat resolution in the Official
Records ot Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, sec':"lOd and majority
'vote favoring same.
