OF C?NDITIONAL USE FOR ESSENTIAL SERVICES IN
THE "A" ZONING DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SECTION
2 . 6. ~ . 2 OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DE'/ELOPMENT
CODI FOR PROPERTY LOCATED 'IN SECTION 20,

COUNTY, FLORIDA.
'WHEREAS, the l.egislature of the State of Florida in Chapter

WHEREAS, the County pursuant ~hereto has adopted a Land
(Ordinance No. 91-102) which includeG a Comprehensive
. Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the zon ng of particular
~eoqraphic divisions of the County, among which is th~ granting of
~itional Uses; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County 1 Lanning Commission, being the duly
appointed and const.ituted plannin~ board for the area hereby affected,
hearing after notice as in said regulations made and
provided, and has considered the advisability of Confltional Use for
Essential Services of Section 2.6.9.2 in an "A" zone, for improvements
to an existing was~ewater treatme G facility on the rroperty
hereinafter descriJ~d, and has fo nd as a matter of 'act (Exhibit "A")
that satiSfactory provision and a, rangement have beer' made concerning
all applicable matters required by said regulations ~nd in accordance
