RESOLUTION NO. 95-370
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CITIZENS
ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE EVALUATION. AND
APPR.\ISAL REPORT ON THE COLLIER COUNTY GROWTH
MANA:EMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, on February 7 ,
1995, the Board of County
commissioners 'of Collier County adopted Resolution No. 95-109
establishing the Citizens Advisory Committee as an ad hoc
committee to ':he Collier County Planning Commission to provide
public input into the evaluation and appraisal report of the
Collier Growth Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-109 provides tJ at the Board ot
County Commisf loners shall app,)int twenty-five (2';) members to the
citizens Advisory Committee "ith varying commur. Lty interests as
well as a representative t.~om each of the five Commission
Districts; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two (2) vC\.:ancies on this
Committee resulting from the resignations" of 'lancy Bisbee and
Frederick Flatto; and
WHEREAS, the Board oi County Commissi:mers previously
provided publi..., notice solic .ting applications from interested
parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE .30ARn OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that J(aren Urbanik and
patricia Carroll are hereby Ippointed to the citizens Advisory
Committee. Thn terms of off ce of the member! shall expire no
later than December 31, 1995.
