RESOLUTION NO. 95-359
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE CONTRACTORS' LICENSING BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 85-42, as amended by
ordinance Nos. 90-105 and 92-61, created the Contractors'
Licensing Boal'd and provides that said Board shall be composed of
nine (9) memb-Irs appointed by the Board of County Commissioners
with a minimt.lIl of two (2) c.f the members resIding within the
corporate city limits ot Napl~:J or recommended to the Board by the
Naples City C"'.1ncil; and
WHEREAS, the terms of th--:ee (3) members wi).l expire on June
30, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissi~ners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COOW.'l, FLORIDA, that ~e members listed
below are app~inted to the Contractors' Licensing Board as
