RESOLUTION NO. 95-~
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIEN
FOR ACCOUNT NO. 4048 THAT WAS BILLED IN
ERROR FOR THE 1993 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
AND DISPOSAL SERVICES SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as
amended, the Foard of County Commissioners on September 20, 1994
adopted Resolution No. 94-694 authorizing the recording of notices
of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal
services special assessments for 1993; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended,
requires the ~oard to approve ~y Resolution and record in the
Official RecOJds a Satisfaction of Lien on all accounts that have
been paid in 1;ull.
NOW, THEf~EFORE, BE IT REf"JLVED BY THE BOARD )F COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant to Collier
County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Boare recognizes that
Account No. 4048 was billed in error since the pJ .,perty is vacant
and has been confirmed by the '?roperty Appraiser' 'J Office that
there are no residential unit!, on the property. Account No. 4048,
subsequent to 1:he adoption of ~esolution No. 94-694, whereupon a
lien had bean t'ecorded on the real property, is hereby satisfied
in full. The Satisfaction of Lien attached heret ;) referencing
account number 4048 is hereby approved and the Cr.<\irman is hereby
authorized to sign on behalf I : the Board of Coun ':y Commissioners,
