RESOLUTION NO. 95- 347
A RESOLt"rION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDI1\..J FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE C\>ST OF
THE ABArEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
"WHEREAs, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the dire:t costs of
batement of certa:! n nuisances, ine~~uding prescribed a lministrative
08t incurred by tl',.:! County, shall !)e assessed against such property;

WHEREAs, the cost thereof to t"le County as to eaC"l parcel shall be
alculated and repc,rted to the Board of County Commiss'oners, together

WHEREAs, such assessment shall be a legal, valid lnd binding
