RESOLUTION NO. 95-344
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE AS1 TEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
," WHEREAs, as pr?vided in Ordinance 91-47, the dire::t costs of
'abatement of certaLl nuisances, inc.luding prescribed a-lministrative
incurred by the County, shall ")e ass'-!ssed against such property;
WHEREAs, the c. ~st thereof to t"le County as to eacil parcel shall be
-alculated and reported to the Boar:t of County Commiss ':.oners, together
ith a description of said parcel; \nd
; WHEREAs, such assessment shall be a legal, valid i4nd binding
J)~ligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
WHEREAs, the assessment shall become due and paya'Jle thirty (30)
,",'ays after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after "'ich interest
