RESOLUTION NO. 95-355
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DAVID CORREA TO
THE HISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAs, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-37 creating the
Hispanic Affa~rs Advisory Board provided that the Advisory Board
shall consist of seven (7) members; and
WHEREAs, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance
No. 91-37 by providing that ~he Advisory Board shall consist of
nine (9) members; and
WHEREAS, due to the re 'Jignation of one :,ember, there is
currently a vacancy on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissi. mers previously
provided public notice sOliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COlT.; 1'Y , FLORIDA, that David Correa is
hereby appointed to the Hispi; .lic Affairs Advisory Board for the
remainder of the unexpired tl rm, said term expiring on June 25,
1998.
