A RI:~OLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIENS
FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE PAID IN FULL THE
199~ SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
MAY 2 31995
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance N~. 90-30, as
amended, the Poard of County Commissioners on Jarluary 26, 1993
adopted Resolution No. 93-29 authorizing the recording of notices
of liens for the delinquent sc'lid waste collecticn and disposal
.ervic.. .p.clal a.....m.nt. for 1991; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. ~3-29 was recorded ~n February 1,
1993 in Offic~al Record Book 1 793, Pages 459 thrc"Jgh 598 of the
Official Record. of Collier County, Florida, which placed a lien
on certain properties for the delinquent solid wllte collection
and disposal services special assessments for 19~i.; and
WHEREAS, Collier County (,l':dinance No. 90-30, as amended,
requires the Board to approve :)y ReSOlution and nlcord in the
Official Records a Satisfactic 1 of Lien on all accounts that have
been paid in f~ll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD :)F COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that p\p.suant to Collier
County Ordinance No. 90-30, al amended, the Board recognizes full
payment and rec aipt of the 19! . Service Year Soli:l Waste
Collection and Disposal Specil . Assessment for th'3 following
accounts numbered below, subsequent to the adopti.,n of Resolution
No. 93-29, wher lupon a lien had been recorded on I;'eal property
pertaining to t :,1e accounts iderltified herein. Thu SatiSfactions
of Lien attached hereto refereracing the accounts identified herein
are hereby approved and the Chuirman is hereby au'~horized to sign
