RESOLUTION NO. 95~38
A RESOLUTION ENACTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 83-7, WHICH ESTABLISHED
A SYSTEM OF PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION FOR THE
GOVERNMENT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; ADDING ONE NEW
SECTION TO THE PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 83-7 provides that the
Board of County Commissioners shall adopt Personnel Rules and
Regulations which may be amended pursuant to adequate public notice
to all intereste6 parties of subsequent additions or chanqes to said
Personnel Rules and Regulations by submittinq a Resolution to the
Board of County Commissioners; aId
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director recoUl1ends that the
Collier County parsonnel Rules ,-',nd Regulations, al so known as the
Collier County Puman Resources .'olicies and Procel;ures Manual, as
adopted by Resolution No. 93-4J.6 be revised in .Jrder to assure
compliance with applicable Federal and State laws as well as to
provide workinq conditions which are equitable and :lill attract and
retain capable employees; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resourc~s Director recomm~nds that one new
Section Anti-Fraternization be ldded to the Personnel Rules and
Regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ''''ARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIERS COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
