RESOLUTION NO. 95-396
RESOLUTION APPOINTING HENRY C. TRIBBLE
TO THE BLACK AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAD, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-38 creating the
Black Affairs Advisory Board provides that the Advisory Board
shall eonsir~ of seven (7) members; and
WHEREAL, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-17 amended Ordinance
No. 91-38 by providing that the Advisory Board shall consist of
nine (9) mel"'lbers; and
WHEREAb, the term of one (1) nember has expired creating a
vacancy on 1.he Black Affairr~ Advisor} Board; ar.d
WHEREA:J, the Board of County Commis Jioners previously
provided pLblie notice so: ieiting applicatic 1S from interested
parties; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received a
recommendation from the Black Affairs Advisory Board.
NOW t THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH.~ BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER CO:NTY, FLORIDA, that Henry C. Tribble is
hereby reappointed to the E.aek Affairs Adviscl~y Board for a four
year term, snid term to exp ~e on June 25, 1999.
