and called to be held on March 13, 1984 pursuant to Section
200.085, Fla. Stat. (Chapter 83-204), for the purpose of submit-
ting to the qualified ~lectors of the Collier County, Florida,
the following question:

culated pursuant to Section 200.085, Florida
Statutes (Chapter 83-204), be exceeded by

Officials.
The election shall be held at the polling places designated
in each precinct in the County and be conducted by election
officials appointed by the Supervisor of Elections pursuant to
npplicable general law. The polls will be open at the voting

The Clerk of this Board ahall publish a notice of the refer-

circulation published in Collier County, Florida. There shall be
at least thirty (30) day. notice of said referendum, with publi-
cation to be Made at least twice, once in the fifth week and once
in the third week prior to the weeK in which the referendum is to
be held. Said notice shall be in substantially the following
form:
NOTICE OF COUNT'l-I'lIDE REFERENDUI1 ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a County-wide referendum
election will be held on March 13, 1984 in Collier
County, Florida, to determine if the qualified electors
residing within the county favor exceedi'ng the statu-
tory tax millage limit, calculated pursuant to Section
200.085, Florida St^tutes (Chapter 83-204), by levy of

(~) mill to develop a County-Wide Water Pollution
Control Program to monitor and study the treatment and
