RESOLUTION NO. 2009-114
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO REAPPOINT LOWELL
LAM TO THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER AND WASTEWATER
AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 96-6, which established the Collier County
Water and Wastewater Utilities Regulatory Ordinance, provides that the Authority shall be
composed of five (5) members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the term of one member will expire creating a vacancy on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Lowell Lam is hereby
reappointed under the civic pride category to the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority
for a four year term, said term to expire on May 21, 2013.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote on this the 28th day of April,
2009.
