RESOLUTiON BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AS
THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLUER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS
EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY
WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, APPROVING THE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT HARDSHIP DEFERRALS FOR CERTAIN SEWER
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE 2008 TAX YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioncrs in its individual capacity as thc
Governing Body of Collicr County, Florida, and as Ex-Officio the Governing Board of the
Collicr County Water-Sewer District, ("Board") estahlished by Resolution No. 96-358 (aka
Resolution No. CWS-96-9) a program for the deferrals of special assessments for water and/or
sewer improvements for homeowners who qualify under the Rcsolution; and
WHEREAS, Section Eight of Resolution No. 96-358 provides that the Board shall
approve by resolution the special assessment hardship deferrals which shall include the property
owner's name, mailing address, legal description of the property, property folio number, the name
of the special assessment district. account number and the amount of the annual special
assessment payment being deferred and that the resolution shall be recorded in the Official
Records of Collier County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF
COLLIER COUNTY, AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT THAT:
1. The owners identified on Exhibit "A" have been approved for the special
assessment hardship deferral.
2. This Resolution shall be recorded in the Public Records of Collier County.
Florida.
3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
