RESOLUTION NO. 93- 213
RESOLUTION FOR PETITION AV 92-024 TO VACATE
A PORTION OF TRACT A AllD PORTIONS OF BLOCK B
LOCATED ON THE PLAT OF WELLINGTON AT LONE
OAK, UNIT TWO AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17,
PAGES 80 THROUGH 82, INCWSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to sections 177.101, 336.09 & 336.10
Florida statutes, Lockhart Engineering, Inc., as agent for owner,
Lone Oak, Ltd., does hereby request the vacation of a portion of
Tract A and portions of Block B as recorded in Plat Book 17,
Pages 80 through 82, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to
consider vacating a portion of said plat as more fully described
below, and notice of said public hearing to vacate was given as
required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely
affect the ownership or right of convenient access of other
property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following be
and is hereby vacated:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and incorporated herein
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to
record this Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida and to make proper notations of this vacation on said
plat. The Clerk is further directed to publish this Resolution
once within 30 days .following its adoption in one issue of a
newspaper of general circulation published in the County.
