RESOLUTION NO. 93-212
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING GERALDINE KALVIN AND DAVID
PFAFF TO THE DISTRICT EIGHT ALCOHOL, DRUG ABUSE AND
MENTAL HEALTH PLANNING COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the District Eight Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental
Health Planning council was created pursuant to the provisions of
Section 394.715, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners of Collier county,
Florida, has received written notification from the District
Program Supervisor that there are two vacancies from Collier
county on the District Eight Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health
Planning council; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners has received
written notification from the District Program supervisor that the
nominating committee of the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative services Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health
Program Office of District Eight recommends the appointments of
Geraldine Kalvin and David Pfaff to fill the vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Geraldine Kalvin is hereby appointed to the District
Eight Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health Planning Council for a
one (1) year term, said term to expire in Hay, 1994.
2) David Pfaff is hereby appointed to the District Eight
AlCOhol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health Planning Council for a two
(2) year term, said term to expire in May, 1995.
3) This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 93-10.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
