RESOLUTION NO. 93 -211
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF NORTH BAY
PLAZA AT PELICAN BAY A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A
PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS PELICAN BAY UNIT
SIXTEEN.
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on November 13, 1990, approved the plat of Pelican Bay Unit
Sixteen for recordinq; and
WHEREAS, The Courtelis Company has acquired a portion of
Pelican Bay Unit Sixteen and has filed for a replat of said lands;
and
WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101(2), Florida Statutes requires the
Board of County Commissioners to adopt a Resolution prior to the
recordinq of an approved replat; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of North Bay Plaza at
Pelican Bay, is a part of a previously approved and recorded plat,
Pelican Bay Unit Sixteen, and the filinq and recordinq of this
approved plat shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed
under the Pelican Bay Unit Sixteen plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
North Bay Plaza at Pelican Bay, a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Pelican Bay Unit Sixteen, is hereby approved for
recordinq and the dedications contained on the plat of North Bay
Plaza at Pelican Bay are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat.
