RESOLUTION NO. 93~170
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SATISFACTION OF
LIENS FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE PAID IN FULL
THE 1991 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as
amended, the Board of County Commissioners on January 26, 1993
adopted Resolution No. 93-29 authorizing the recording of notices
of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal
services special assessments for 1991; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the Board of County Commissioners
filing a lien on certain properties described in Resolution No.
93-29, certain accounts have paid in full the 1991 Solid Waste
Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments for 1991; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended,
requires the Board to approve by Resolution and record in the
Official Records ,a Satisfaction of Liens on all accounts that have
paid in fulL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant to Collier
County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Satisfaction of Liens
attached hereto and made a part hereof for the following account
numbers, which have paid in full the 1991 Solid Waste Collection
and Disposal Service Special Assessment as a result of the
adoption of Resolution No. 93-29 where a lien has been recorded on
the property, are hereby approved and the Chairman is hereby
authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners
and the Clerk is directed to record these Satisfaction of Liens in
the official records of Collier County:
