2. The maximum cost. per unit for eligible housing
benefiting from awards made pursuant to the SHIP program shall
not exceed $83,160 for existing eligible housing units and
$95,400 for newly constructed eligible housing units.
3. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is
authorized to submit the Local Housing Assistance Plan, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made part hereof, to the State of
Florida Housing Finance Agency for its review and approval.
4. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is
authorized to execute the certifications annexed to the Housing
Assistance Plan on behalf of the County.
5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
