First Amendment-Naples Junior Chamber of Commerce First Amendment to Limited Use License Agreement Between
Collier County and Naples Junior Chamber of Commerce
This is a revision to the Limited Use License Agreement between The Board of
County Commissioners, Collier County, and the Naples Junior Chamber of
Commerce, Inc. dated May 27, 2003. All references herein are to subsections or
sections in that Agreement
1. Throughout the Agreement all references to a July 4th Festival are revised
to read "New Year's Eve Event."
2. Throughout the Agreement all references to the date July 4 are revised to
read "December 31,2003."
3. The applicable portion of Paragraph 1 is revised to read "Use of the
Property by the Organization shall be from December 30, 2003 to January
2, 2004."
4. The applicable portion of Paragraph 4 is revised to read "The Organization
shall ensure clean up of the Property by close of business on January 1,
2004."
5. The applicable date to the stipulation(s) set forth in Paragraph 7A is
October 30, 2003.
6. The applicable date to the stipulation(s) set forth in Paragraph 7B is
December 5, 2003.
7. The following dates are applicable to the criteria set forth in Paragraph 8:
a. The meeting date cross-referenced from Paragraph 7B is
December 5, 2003.
b. The event date is December 31,2003.
c. The date by which "such a decision will be made" is January 1,
2004.
8. All other covenants of the Limited Use License Agreement are hereby
upheld.
