Florida.

Purpoees; Governing Body. The M.S.T.U. Is created Cor the
purpose oC providing recreatIon service and racllltIes and such other related essentIal
raellltIes and municipal services which may hereaCter be designated by resolution of the
Board or County Commissioners or CoUler County, Florida (herelnalter rererred to os the
"Board"). The Board sl1all be the governlng body or the M,s.T.U..

multIple.. thereor, In the aggregate princIpal amount or not exceeding Eight Million
Dollars ($3,000,000.00) t~ Cinance the project as described In Paragraph 1 or SectIon 8
hereor. The moneys received and interes< earned rrom the I..uance or such General
Oblliatlon Bonds will be used ror su:h purpose. Such General Obllgatlon Bonds shall be
secured by the lull ralth and credit ana the taxi"i power or the M,s.T.U. .None ot such
bonds shall be Issued ror a longer term than thirty (30) years rrom their date or Issuance,
and such bonds shall bear Interest at a rate not exceeding the maximum rate permitted by
law at the tlm. Qt tho sale or the bonds. Both principal or and Interest on the bonds, and
redemption premiums, Ir any, shall be payable at the oWce or the Clerk or the Circuit
Court and ex oWclo Clerk or the Board or County Commissioners (herelnalter rererred to
os the "Clerk"), or at the oWce or such otber peylng agent os may be deslgneted by the
Board.
The Bonds shall be Is..ued pursuant to authority granted under this Resolution

amount or not exoeedlng Eight Mlillon Dollars ($8,000,000) shall be approved by such
quallCied electors to Cinance the cost or the following project within the M,s.T.U.1
$8.000,000 ror acquisll1on, construction and equipplni ot
community park and recreation racilltles in North Naples,
East Naples, Immokale... Goldon Gate and Merco Island, all
located within the M,s.T.U., pursuant to plans to be rued
with the Clerk.
Such project descrIbed above shall also Include other purposes appurtenent or
Incidental thereto.
All quallCied eleotors resldlng in the M,s.T.U. shall be entltled and permitted
to vota In sucb bond rererendum. The places or voting and the Inspeotors and clarlao for
the bond ror erendum shall bo designated as provided by the Supervisor or Elections or
Collier County, and by applicable Slato law. Tho polls will be open at the votI"i plao..
trom 7:00 o'elook A.M. until 7.00 P.M. o'clook on the .ame day.

conducted In the manner prescribed by law ror holding general elections, except os herein
provided. The Inspectors and Clerks Rt each polling place and the Supervl.or or ElectIons
shall cav'" the vote end make due returns or same without delay to the Clerk. Such
returns shall show the number of qualWed electors wbo voted at suob bond rererendum on
sucb proposition and the number or votes east respectively for and agaInst approval of
such propositIon. Tne return or lhe Inspectors md Clerks shall, within twenty-roW' (24)
hours alter the close or the polls, be canvassed by the Board, which shall declare and
certlry the results or such bond rererendum.
