NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: SECTION ONE: AMENDMENTS TO STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE The introductory paragraph of the Statement of Compliance of Ordinance Number 03-46, as amended, (Artesa Pointe Planned Unit Development) is hereby amended to read as follows: The purpose of this Section is to express the intent of Gateway Shoppes, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the Development, to create a Planned Unit Development (PUD) on ~ ~ +/- acres of land located in Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida. The name of this Planned Unit Development shall be Artesa Pointe. The development of Artesa Pointe will be in compliance with the planning goals and objectives of Collier County as set forth in the Growth Management Plan.
