RESOLUTION NO. 2008-268
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT AND
REAPPOINT MEMBERS TO THE PUBLIC VEHICLE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 95-66, as amended, provides that the
Public Vehicle Advisory Committee shall consist of five (5) regular members and one (1)
alternate member; and
WHEREAS, the terms of four members expired creating vacancies on this
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Ronald Doino, representing the Affiliated category, is hereby appointed as
Alternate to the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee for a four year term, said term to
expire on September 2, 2012.
2. Tony Marino, representing the Affiliated category, is hereby reappointed to the
Public Vehicle Advisory Committee for a four year term, said term to expire on
September 2, 2012.
3. Russell Berghuis, representing the Non-Affiliated category, is hereby
reappointed to the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee for a four year term, said term to
expire on September 2, 2012.
4. Steven Quinn, representing the Non-Affiliated category, is hereby reappointed to
the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee for a four year term, said term to expire on
September 2, 2012.

This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote on this 9th day of
September, 2008.
