RESOLUTION FOR PETITION AV 92-015 TO VACATE
AND EXTINGUISH A 30 FOOT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY,
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON A
PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP
49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST AS RECORDED IN
OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 707, PAGE 1519 through
1520 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 708, PAGE 878
through 879 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to sections 125.01, 125.37, 336.09 and
336.10, Florida Statutes, Carol Nelson as agent for owner, Anton
Steiner, does hereby request the vacation of a 30 foot road
right-of-way, utility and drainage easement as recorded in
Official Record Book 707, Page 1519 through 1520, a 30 foot road
right-of-way, utility and drainage easement as recorded in
Official Record Book 708, Page 878 and a 30 foot road
right-of-way, utility and drainage easement as recorded in
Official Record Book 708, Page 879 of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely
affect the ownership or riqht ot convenient access of other
property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the fOllowing be
and is hereby vacated:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and incorporated herein.
This resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
