RESOLUTION NO. 93-~
A RESOLtlTION APPOIIITING DARLENE KOONTZ AND
JOSEPH D. ZAKS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board was created
on November 25, 1975 and the Advisory Board shall be composed of
five (5) members, one from each commission district; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previc'lsly
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COHKISSIOIlERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, l'LORIDA, that:
1) Darlene Koontz is hereby appointed to the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board as the representative of District 1 for
a two year term, said term expiring on December 31, 1994.
2) Joseph D. Zaks is hereby appointed to the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board as the representative of District 5 for
a two year term, said term expirinq on December 31, 1994.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
