RESOLUTION NO. 93 -109
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEOGING THE RESUBDIVISION OF A PORTION
OF TRACT 16 AND A PORTION OF TRACT 17 A PORTION OF A
PREVIOUSLY RECORDEO PLAT KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE ESTATES
UNIT NO. 30 THROUGH A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT PURSUANT TO
SECTION 3.2.4.10 OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMEllT
CODE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County C,mmissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on June 22, 1965, approved the plat of Golden Gate Estates
Unit No. 30 for recording; and
WHEREAS, Naples Venture Group, Inc. has acquired a portion or
Tract 16 and a portion of Tract 17 and has filed for a lot line
adjustment of said lands as indicated in the attached Exhibit "A";
and
WHEREAS, Section 3.2.4.10 of the Collier County Land
Development Code requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a Resolution acknowledging the resubdivision of the subject tract
through a lot line adjustment when certain criteria are complied
with and said criteria was complied with; and
WHEREAS, this tract is a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 3D, and the filing and
recording of this lot line adjustment shall not a!tect access to
lots previously conveyed under the Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 30
plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the lot line
adjustment of a portion of Tract 16 and a portion of Tract 17, a
part of a previously approved and recorded plat, Golden Gate Estates
Unit No. 30, as indicated in the attached Exhibit "A", is hereby
acknowledged. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the.
plat of Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 30.
This Resolution adopted after motion,
vote favoring same.
