RESOLUTION NO. 93-107
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF VILLAGE GREENS
OF LELY A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN
AS LELY COUNTRY CLUB TIMBERCREEK II
WHEREAS" the Board of County C~mmissioners ~t Collier County,
Florida, on August 18, 1981, approve" the plat ot Lely Country Club
Timbercreek II tor recording; and
WNEREAS, Deerwood Village, Inc. has acquired Lot 2 ot Lely
Country Club Timbercreek II and has tiled tor a replat ot said
lands; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101(2), Florida Statutes requires the
Board ot County cOllllDissioners to adopt a Resolution prior to the
recording ot an approved replat; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat ot Village Greens of
Lely, is a part ot a previously approved and recorded plat, Lely
Country Club Timbercreek II, and the tiling and recording ot this
approved plat shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed
under the Lely Country Club Timbercreek II plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat ot
Village Greens ot Lely, a part ot a previously approved and recorded
plat, Lely Country Club Timbercreek II, is hereby approved tor
recording and the dedications contained on the plat ot Village
Greens of Lely are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk ot the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation ot this action upon the
previous plat.
