RESOLUTION NO. 93-=lQ6
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF NAPA RIDGE UNIT TWO REPLAT,
A PORTION OF PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLATS KNOWN AS NAPA RIDGE UNIT TWO
AND TIlE VINEYARDS UNIT ONE
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Cu.missioners ot Collier County,
Florida, on May 16, 1989, approved ~Ie plat ot Napa Ridge Unit TWo
ror recordinq and approved the Viney.lrds Unit One plat on June 23,
1987; and
WHEREAS, Napa Ridge Associates, Inc., Arthur M. and Joann C.
strinqar!, Robert F. and Jean E. Heimrath, Valeriano and Joan
Hereza, and Michael J. and Joseph G. procacci are replatting lots 12
through 15 and lots 20 through 27 ot Napa Ridge Unit TWo recorded in
Plat Book 15, Pages 91 and 92 and a portion ot Tract GC of the
Vineyards Unit One recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 67 through 74 of
the Public Records ot Collier County, Florida and have tiled tor a
replat ot said lands; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101(2), Florida Statutes requires the
Board of County cOlDllissioners to adopt a Resolution prior to the
recording ot an approved replat; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Napa Ridge Unit
Two Replat, is a part of previously approved and recorded plats,
Napa Ridge Unit Two and the Vineyards Unit One, and the filing and
recording of this approved plat shall not affect access to lots
pre~iously conveyed under the Napa Ridge Unit TWo and the Vineyards
Unit One plats;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Napa Ridge Unit Two Replat, a part of previously approved and
recorded plats, Napa Ridge Unit Two and the Vineyards Unit One, is
hereby approved for recording and the dedications contained on the
plat of Napa Ridge Unit Two Replat are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk ot the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation ot this action upon the
previous plats.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vota favoring salle.
